一、项目概况
（一）战略位置与规划亮点
重庆游乐园摩天轮项目位于南岸区长江滨江路170号，地处重庆长江大桥桥头堡位置，总用地面积207亩，其中商业商务用地32.5亩，公园绿地174.5亩。作为代表重庆特色和优势的文商旅新地标，这一项目由中国旅游集团旗下香港中旅国际与重庆文旅集团合作打造，是央地合作示范效益重点项目。
